NATS Featured at 2005 NFL Youth Football Summit

NFL Youth Football SummitThe National Athletic Testing System was featured at the 2005 NFL Youth Football Summit in Canton, Ohio. NATS Director of Information Systems, Scott LeVeque, spoke to high school and youth football coaches from around the nation during three “breakout” sessions on the first day of the Summit. Topics covered included the history and development of NATS, the benefits of the NATS program for high school coaches and players and a demonstration of the many educational services and features provided through the NATS website.

Held annually during the Pro Football Hall of Fame Homecoming Weekend, the NFL Youth Football Summit includes seminars and discussions focused on football skills, health and safety, and off-field development. Participants include Hall of Fame players and coaches as well as 150 high school and youth football coaches and administrators. The high school coaches in attendance, representing all 50 states, are selected based on a nomination process and essay contest.
